My cv joint on left front broke, i had it repaired, i was not happy with the performance and returned the car to the workshop, they then said i needed engine mountings, this was done, i was still not happy with the performance, they informed me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car and perhaps i should take it for wheel alignment, i did, all was found to be in order with that. a few days later the same cv joint broke, i took it back to the workshop, they repaired it again. a few days after that the cv joint broke again, so i took it to another cv specialist, they found the cv joint was broken and a huge crack under my gearbox. when the first guy did the first repairs he apparently filled my gearbox with oil, however my car has had no leaks and the first guy says i should have taken the car back to him and not to another party. he also says that by bellhouse was cracked already (whatever that may be) but never told me this and now also claims that my suspension is unstable, which he also never told me before. now i have had to fork out for a gearbox and re replace my cv joint. does any of this seem right??? can anyone give me some advise on this please?

oh and the new cv specialist told me my gearbox was totally dry and would have blown soon if i had continued to ride with it anyways.
