The owner's manual I have for my 1992 Fiat Uno Fire, 2-door with hatchback, does not identify all the parts on/around the engine block. I just replaced the battery, but the car is still having problems staying running. When I looked under the hood, I found this rubber tube that appears to be cut open. Can you identify the shiney metal part the tube is supposed to be connected to? My thought is I need some sort of clamp and maybe some electrical tape to fix it. Agree/Disagree, or should I purchase a new rubber tube and clamp to hold it on? Appreciate your feedback/recommendation.
