Fiat dealer fit alarm system

My '97 Cinquecento has the dealer fitted alarm system. When the alarm is triggered it doesn't make any noise just flashes the indicators. Where is the sounder/siren located on this car? I did read on another thead that it might be in the wing, any ideas what side and how to access it?

If it's not under the bonnet anywhere then you can surely check in the wing by pulling the wheel arches lining out? I'm not familiar with the way your cars built, but that's how I got into my old Fiesta's wing and my Bravo's =]
