General Engine Management Light

Hi all, my Ulysse 2003 2.0 jtd has had its management light come on now at startup, and stay on, also at the same time the anti pollution fault warning come up, and also on occassions the temp gauge warning come on and the gauge shoots up to 130 for about 10 secs and then settles for a while and may come up again, althought i know the oil is fine, plenty of liquid in the res as well, and its seems to only happen on start up, when the engine is cold or warm.

Any ideas anyone.

Having waded my way through many a thread on this forum regarding the old management light, some people have fixed it by replacing their temperature sensor. Food for thought as your temp gauge appears to be going haywire
