Hi. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. 1994 Cinq 899cc SPI pushrod engine. Just passed MOT emissions fine. Management light comes on when engine starts, goes out then comes on and stays on. When revved hard surges at about 3,000 rpm. I've tried all the usual: resetting the ecu, checked the earths, new lambda. All I can tell you is the water temp sensor (the 2 wire one next to the thermostat with the blue top) has cracked so that the contacts can be pulled out of the body of the switch. When I do this the revs fluctuate and then settle down. Any clues please???
