ELM 327 issues

has anybody else had this problem with the brand new interface? The car is a 2012 pop they cloned to an 18 595 Abarth. I’m trying to do my proxy alignment on the TFT Dash and change the bytes

Is the ELM actually connected and configured in the computer, and then have you set up the ELM in the Multiscan software on the correct comport. That message would appear to suggest the software is not connecting with the ELM.

I ALWAYS SEARCH FOR DEVICES..

After doing the F9 cable and port tests

That would rule out the obvious...

Wound up being the com port on my laptop. Thanks for the help everyone. I appreciate y'all
