Hi guys, we have a fiat strada 1.7td, which we have discovered has the excacr same engine as the palio 1.7. The problem we have is that the diesel pump is worn out. The casing is worn and the advance piston has a scratch, the cam plate and bearings are completely worn out. We are struggling to find somebody that supplies a complete pump or parts for this pump on the web.
In South africa no one has parts but only a complete new pump for £2000.00 which is insane. We are looking to import but cannot find parts or suppliers that can give us a price for it.
It is a bosch diesel injection pump code: 0460 484 083.
We have emailed dieseljones.co.uk to request a price on numerous occasions but have yet to received feedback, this was weeks ago. We tried again 2 days ago and still nothing. Any other companies you guys can think of that might help us would be great?
