cruise power hesitations

can anyone suggest a reason for 54reg scudo 1.9 non turbo problem please? when engine is warm and you back off at cruising speed and try to maintain a speed say 55mph, the power cuts out and you have to re-aply the foot peadle and accelerate alittle. this only happens under these conditions. it accelerates as normal from low speed or up hill. has clean filters and only done 50k. ?? any ideas?

i have the same problem with mine & went home the other day in a river all the way & it has got worse , anyone have any answers ????????

i have now had the front pipe & cat changed & it runs like a dream now , the old exhaust was like a tea strainer >>>>>>>>>>>.

Have you solved it?
What are the symptoms,starts ok, runs but pulls back?,any smoke?,in any gear at about same rpm? can you back off and floor it,ok for a few seconds,then back to the same? A bit like Skippy on drugs,but he goes faster!
Might have a temp fix, worked on mine.after many hours!
