5.5x14 would be fine but depends on ET. May require spacers etc.. but widthwise that is standard width. 5.5x14 is the same size as Sei alloys. You can go up to 6.5 i think before you start to get probs..
Again this is what i think, dont quote me on that!
 
14x6 or 14x5.5 should fit fine, 6.5 is where things start to get interesting. Anyway contact compomotive directly, they usually are the cheapest and they can make them to almost any offset on request (though for non standard offsets they may charge extra, I can't remember).
 
Blue has Compo MOs. Here's what Aaron (who built most of it) says:

The Compomotive Mo's as fitted to Blue are 14" 6J ET 35 with 195/45 rubber, they have 8mm spacers at front only and none at rear and there is no issue with scrubbing/rubbing and thats with a decent drop on it.

So, there you go. With those tyres, there's no rubbing, no issues whatsoever. 6J are what you need for 195 -- 5.5J I'd not use with wider than 185.
