hi all just a queery..ive got a 05 plate stilo 1.6 active sport...every now and then it shuts down on me. ive changed the plugs recently and also the battery..now im just wondering if maybe one of my coils might be faulty. could a faulty coil cause the car to shut down now and then...reason why im asking is because i once had a punto that did the same,i changed the coilpacks on that but wasnt any different,then i changed the plugs and never had a problem..sounds familier with the stilo..im just taking a wild geuss that one of my coils maybe faulty. i had a look ot them a few days ago and number 4 looked a bit white inside weres the other 3 looked clean..the car runs ok but sometimes i get a feeling that im pushing the car a little bit more than i should to keep up the power..also noticed that its using more fuel than normal. anyway whats your suggestions.thanks.
