General clock on radio help!

hi lads last yr my clock changed the time back 1 hour on its own but today it's stayed at the old time and heres my question how do i add 1 hr on to the time?

the model radio i have is the 1 with the cd changer in the boot of my 2001 w/ender 110 sx jtd.any ideas/help lads ..

These are instructions according to the manual.
Press the EXP button for approx. 3 seconds until EXPERT apeears on the display.
Setting the clock.
Station selection button 2= hours -
" " " 3= " +
" " " 4= mins -
" " " 5= " +
To start the clock press EXP briefly

Other settings you can do while in EXPERT are
Switching clock synchronisation to RDS station signals on and off.
Setting minimum volume for traffic announcements.
Switching LRN on and off.
Switching automatic regional programme function on and off.
Switching LOC on and off.
Selecting MONO/STEREO radio tuning.
Setting maximun switch-on volume.

thanks for that info tbh about 2 hrs after i posted my plea for info/help i went out to the car to find it had changed over by itself as it did last oct well done my car i say lol...
