Technical 'Clanking' when you shake the wheel

Unfortunately my car start made noise from the front passenger side. When the car still, steering is at straight shake the wheel hear 'clanking' the more you shake the more clanking get worse. When turn the steering full lock both left & right no noise, when shake again.
When I press the bonnet down and up test shock absorber no noise. What could that be? steering rack pin bearing gone? or wishbone bearing? it can't be the CV joint as I have fit recently.


When I am sit on driver seat shake the car with my body can hear from the wheel
