Technical Can't figure out what's wrong, gearbox issues dualogic

I have removed the dualogic unit, replaced the seals in the unit, re assembled and put back onto the gear box. I keep getting this error p060a-79 - mechanical linkage failure when I run the diagnostic tool.

I removed the selespeed unit off the hear box, re attached and still same error. Can any one point me in the right direction please,I am lost with this one...

I believe there a recalibration procedure of some kind that mayneed to be carried out
