General Cambelt change

Hi All.
What should I expect to pay for a cambelt change on a 2001 Scudo 2.00 8v jtd?

I paid £200.00 last August when I purchased my Scudo on top of the the price of a full service by a local independent garage. Then the list went on discs and pads, cv joint, spring bushes, MOT etc etc, in total £700.00 but not spent a penny since. Its a 55 reg 2.0 JTD with 91,000 miles on the clock now.

I enquired in March about the cost of 2.0JTD 8v cambelt change and was told about £300. Only got one estimate because its not due just yet.

It's fairly labour intensive and since labour is THE major part of a garage fee, looking around for a decent quote will save you a few £

just had mine done 2.0 jtd 8v, cambelt kit and water pump total job was £406.10
