Technical Brake caliper slider collars stuck

Motorhome on 244. Need to change the rear brake caliper sliders, but the collars or tubes are rusted in solid.
Any tips to get the little buggers out please?
Hammer and punch, penetrating fluid dont work

Remove calliper from van put in vice, heat the the area around slider with a blow torch while turning slider side to side until it becomes free, you can buy kits with replacement sliders & rubbers,
