Punto (Mk2/2b) Best headlight bulbs?

Best headlight bulbs for a brighter and more white light that are also road legal? Been looking at loads but no idea what to get lol I've got a punto dynamic 1.2

Philips Extreme Vision are the ones I use. Pricey but I wouldn't fit anything else.

I like Osram Nightbreakers, again you will pay a few quid more but very good.

Thanks zeewulf and yeah I've heard about those being good. Anything would be a better change to the dull yellow I've got at the moment!!
