Technical Air Inteake Hose Clips

hey, i had my 1.6 serviced a few months ago now and one over their adviseries was that my air intake hose clips were missing. Is this going to casue me any problems?
where can i get some and where should they clip on, any pics would be great

You do really need the clips because air could be sucked in around the throttle body and where it goes to the filter box ..If my memory serves me they need a clip which will tighten down to 60mm..

Just use the appropriate daimeter Jubilee clips. Much easier than the weird things FIAT fit at the factory which are designed for Italians with special tools...

okay, ive just ordered some 45mm to 60mm jubillee clips, hope these will fit. So how do i put them on and where do they go? will i have to take out the filter box?

Not sure how accessable it all is, but if you unscrew the jubilee clip all the way it comes apart, allowing you to feed it round the filter without taking it off.

Make sure its all clean before you tighten in, otherwise it'll just slip off....

okay cheers, so im to put one where a pipe meets something, there arn't any clips anywhere. so will it need one where the pipe enters the air box, where it leaves the box and where it feed into the engine?
