Technical 500 Steering wheel

Hi, I have a 2011 Panda 1.2. I have bought a steering wheel from a Fiat 500 Sport. My Panda airbag has a single green connector on it. The 500 Airbag has a purple and orange connector on it. Does anyone know which of the two is the correct one to use? Has anyone done this before?

We're not in Kansas anymore. The days when you could just swap parts between models provided they would physically fit are over. I'd do some serious research before doing this if you want to be sure the airbag will perform properly if the worst happens. And that's before we start talking about the insurance implications.

Thanks, I'm not bothered about insurance. I only pay £105, so if they put it up a little for any extras I add to the car, it's not going to break the bank
