20mph blanket speed limit?

Yep, its probably those people who then get in their cars and drive home at 40 mph regardless of the posted limit.

Incidentally Transcendental, doing less than 30 in a 30 is good enough to get you road raged around here. Every morning I get over taken when doing 30 in the 30 limit through my village and the knobs then complain when the scamera vans turn up..........:bang:

Whatever happened to the public information films and teching kids the green cross code though? You never see anything like that any more, most parents just drag their kids across the road, if they even have hold of them in the first place - many run free.

When we're on our way back from nursery we only have to cross one road to the car, i crouch down to my sons level and ask him if its safe to cross the road. lol he won't go until the road is clear without a car in sight

Quite a few 20mph limits already inforce in Fife. 20's plenty is the tagline used on them.
