General 1.1 8v conversion to 1.2 8v

I'm thinking of swapping my 1.1 mpi, to a punto 1.2 8v. My seicento is a 1.1 mpi 2001.

Will this be a straight forward swap, with the seicento gearbox fitting and Ecu working with it?
