I have a 1995 Tempra 2.0 8V EFI in Brazil and have noticed something strange when performing a detailed underhood inspection (I'm trying to diagnose my warm start issue). I would appeciate if you could check your Tempra to see if you also have the same set up.

After you pop open your hood, if you follow the air intake it goes to the middle and back of the engine bay. Just below that to the right (slightly towards the driver) is where the throttle cable goes for gas. Behind and below that, in other words farther away from the front of the car, and looking from the side of the left front fender, you will notice underneath a unit (perhaps this is referred to as the fuel distributor). On this unit there is a triangular pattern of what appears to be 3 bolts at each point in this triangular pattern. Well my bottom bolt is missing (just below the roman numerals IV). Is it missing on yours? Is it possible that this is the pressure regulator? Either way, I see a bolt pattern thread which means something should bolt in there and it's not.

Please advise if you don't have an open thread pattern (i.e. something goes in there). Or you can PM me and I will send you a photo of what I have.
