New trolley jack: which one?

I think my old trolley jack is about to leave me .....

I'll try to save her (ehm.. it.. ) because I think it's only a problem of worn O rings.

Right now I don't have time to repair it, so I'll buy a new one.

The old one is 2tons, I'm thinking to buy a 3 tons (I've planned to switch a car with a van) and also low profile (so it fits better under low cars that other family members have)

Any idea or model with special/ useful features?

Re: New trolley jack: which one?

The biggest, most solidly built one you can afford. I don't mean in terms of lift capacity, but sheer physical bulk.

Look for greasable pivots, brands you've heard of are more likely to have spare parts available later.

A wider front axle is more stable.
Thanks eolonano thanked for this post
