Tipo derived vehicles with 284mm discs use 105 Nm on a M8 bolt for securing the caliper brackets, so I'd go with the higher torque myself, though
ePer/eLearn should give the correct value.
M12 is pretty chunky and can easily take that kind of torque, especially if it's a high tensile bolt.
Definately agree with a good dab of high-temperature thread lock on caliper bolts.
