Hi guys, I have my punto, 1.2 8v, bought the car with a missfire, the car Judders when you press the accelerator had, pushing it very gently it revs perfectly, changed the coil pack, got from the scrappy, new spark plugs, the throttle body has insolation tape around the part that connects to the air filters which has abit of da,age to the connecting hole (sorry if that doesn't make any sense), I Judders in idle and cuts out frequently, the Engine management light has came on after spark plug change, but once driving the car is perfect but it's just hard to pull off, please help!

hi,

the EML will leave a code, ( could say misfire..or a specific component failure)

is this a new issue .., or did it do it all before..?

I would try and see if there is all 4 cylinders running at 1 point,
the spark plugs will look different if 1 isn't actually burning the fuel..,
