Hi, on an "A-frame" the only normal concern is lubrication.., the normal stumbling block is with a full-AUTO gearbox, as it'll be spinning (from the road wheels) without the engine driven lubrication pump, however MOST modern FIAT's are actually a "Manual" gearbox, with an ECU controlled clutch + gearchange, do a little research - as I'm afraid your US spec. 500 is different from the EURO models, I hope that helps, Charlie - Oxford,UK
