hello guys im new here and i want to tell u that i was trying to use "search" :)
i have coupe 20v 108kw 142000km on the clock. now the engine will come ouk so i decided to make the lowcost built, because of the next month MOT :D
so i would like to know your opinion, how to make more horses and keep it lowcost project.

20vt cams - inlet + outlet
20vt inlet plenum + throttle body
20vt flywheel - lightened
20vt clutch disc
dedra integrale pressure plate
fc performance chip or some optional chip (which one do u recon?)
20vt head gasket
after MOT straight pipe exhaust

but theres som more things i would like to know

can i use a 20vt head with thicker gasket on atmo engine with some good hp gain??

how to rebuild my transmission to shorter final gear or what i was reading :confused:

is there some other things to increase horses ?

how much horses i can make with my upgrades ?

i am looking for some advices.

Hi, I'm gonna try to made a modification from an NA to turbo engine, leaving all the pistons, rods and gaskets of original 20v Bravo engine.

You should buy:

Complete Fiat Coupè 20VT Injector and pressure plate, Exhaust Manifold and turbocharger
Punto GT's intercoleer
Silicone tube and stainless steel pipe for intake
A double ECU module to change between normal and dedicated map as you want.
BKR7EIX Spark plugs

Fiat Coupè has a turbo pression setting of 0.9 to 1.1 w\o overboost and a compression ratio of about 8,5
108kw has 10,5 compression ratio, you should set the wastegate at a pressure of max 0,6.
Do a dyno run and check all the parameters, with a good setting you can reach about 190 bhp...

Hi, and welcome, :)
I can see the point of a de-cat pipe,
but "straight through" is a little pontless:eek:

not sure about changing "final drive ratio" -as I believe that's what you want to achieve..,;)

the SEARCH on FF is very good in "advanced" so you can search certain forumsections , (y)
Coupe, tech , bravo/a , etc,
rather than lots of Punto and stilo posts..,:D

thanks for comments, but i cant do turbo build because in my country is illegal and its daily driven car, so i jwant to keed it N/A..

about that exhaust its true, dont want de-cat, but we will see..

i tryed do search but theres only some topics "what to do" but none "i built it and its good"
no experiences from guys who actually done that, i looking for advices, if its good or not from people who have been driving with this mods ..
i hope u understand what i wanted to tell u
