Hi all,
I have a FIAT Ulysse 2.0 JTD (2004) and I am looking to replace the DPF.
The DPF has a pipe connecting from one part of the exhaust system into the DPF and the bolt has completely rounded. I need to replace this pipe, but I cannot find any info on it at all, not even the name!
Attached is an example image where I have highlighted the 2 connection points for said pipe.

Would any of you kind souls know what I am on about?

Many thanks in advance

Based on your picture with the red rings at the two connection points then pipes you are enquiring about are the Differential Pressure Pipes.

Not particularly cheap, between ÂŁ50 and say ÂŁ100 each depending on your exact vehicle details.

Any Fiat dealer will be able to give you current price and availability but you will need to supply your vehicle type and chassis number. (my ePER dates back to 2012 so any part number and price I could provide will be out of date).

I would be tempted make your own replacement pipes. The nut pipe (similar to that of a brake pipe union nut) will/should be available from any specialist engineering firm or you can get make one yourself by drilling out a short stubby bolt.
