I'm always a bit sceptical of stuff like this. If you expect it to clean your caked up turbo vanes then it ain't going to happen, the only surefire way is to take it off and fill it with cooker cleaner overnight.

It just depends on the access, some are possible on the car. At the end of the day, it's the result of making the engine eat it's own crap and the situation can only get worse as emissions get stricter. Would I buy a modern diesel? Not on your nelly, they drive me mad at work and the repair bills are getting crazy.
