cheers pete already knew about JS, need to know pros and cons about doing this on a motor with 150k on the clock

My 2004 Alfa GT jtd with 150hp, 1,9 Fiat diesel engine runs great with no catalysts and blocked EGR.
I also run an Ultersport sport exhaust.
I did al that at about 200.000km's ( =125000 mls), right now I'm at 285.000km;s (= 178.000 mls).
Car runs strong, doesn't smoke during acceleration,mpg is perfect too, and MOT is no problem at all overhere.
