Im having a bit of a dispute with the guy who sold me a Punto Dynamic 2006 semi auto. The actuator is leaking oil and it needs a new steering shaft. The seller has said I have caused this because I have abused the car and driven it wrong. Is this true do you think? Also can anyone recommend somewhere where I can get theses parts from.

It would be up to the seller to prove you've abused it TBH.
