I was wondering if anybody would know if the dualogic transmission has received any significant upgrades/improvements during it's life? i.e to it's smoothness/reliability/components etc?

I am looking at buying a 2011 model and wondered if Fiat have ever upgraded the transmission - is there is a 'best vintage'?
