I have a 2000 1.6 Multipla [right hand drive] with a left hand wing mirror that has 'personality'. I was also hoping I could find the service manual in a pdf format - I have the owners manual but that won't help me diagnose the issue. I've been told that the service manual is the same for almost all years.

You won't find one in pdf -- which is a bummer. The current manuals are all eLearn style, so they actually install (in part) to a Windows (FIAT ally themselves to the Devil again?) computer. PM me if interested.
