I have a single element in my heated rear screen that has burnt out, many many years ago I remember being able to buy an electrically conductive paint to repair rear screen elements, does anyone know if this is still available and from where or if anybody has ideas about how to repair a broken element.:(

Thanks for that Rich, I also found a similar product available from Maplin electronics. Halfords in Coventry said they don't know of anything to repair...but I'm sure I bought that kind of stuff in Halfords when the screen went in my 1979 Chrysler Sunbeam.

Used to work there . . . and we used to sell it there!

Rich guess Halfords just can't get the staff these days (y)

Only been in Coventry since November, so still finding where the best places are...and trying to avoid all the pot holes(n) I thought Telford was bad, but the roads there are like a carpet in comparison to Coventry:cry:

Yeah, avoid Foleshill Road like the plague (halfords), and the Ring Road - what a cr*p design!

At least Warwick Uni is in a nice area :).

They are doing a lot of roadworks at the moment, Ansty Road has been completely resurfaced, doing a bit on Ring Road too.(y)

I'l stick to my daily commute down Fosse Way..though that is bad in places(n)
