Cool Re: Good coilover kit

As explained to the guys in another thread I had his address and email Addy on a scrap of paper and I now can find that paper but try contacting the company direct try www.vogtland.com if that dont work Google AZE Hammelburg shop some thing should come up about his he is on German ebay a lot.[I knew I should have put that in my favorites damn it]

EDIT that link to vogtland works and click on british flag and then on contact and you will get their German email addy and if you wish to use AZE they no doubt can tell you his address but it also would be worth asking if there are any dealers in the UK good luck WOOT

Re: Good coilover kit

One last bit of help needed from the new member of the possy please

Ive ended up buying the HK kit on german ebay, and need to know which variant to get. I gave him my car specs but he stil says i have to let him know which version i need, he sent me this:

Please note the bracket bore distance and the inner bracket opening.
There are two different versions of the chassis.

1. 29284-1 only for front stut with bracket bore distance 58 mm, inner bracket opening 25 mm

and

2. 29284-2 only for front strut with bracket bore distance 72 mm, inner bracket opening 35 mm.

Please tell me which chassis you need.

Best regards
M. David
If anyone can tel me what the hell he means that would be great!

Cool Re: Good coilover kit

No problemo Jorden if you look at your strut where it bolts onto the hub carrier there are two bolts bolting it on he means the distance [Centers] between these two bolts Yes there are two different ones and sizes [FIAT ]

Re: Good coilover kit

Cheers phil, i did think that, but i wondered about the bore sizes etc, as long as i give him the right stud bolt distance then it shud b fine.
