Mute button

I wonder if anyone can help me? The previous owner of my stilo stupidly stuck her mobile phone cradle over the mute button on the radio. Now the cradle is gone, the black on the button is cracked and peeling due to the glue that was used. I've just been onto my local friendly fiat dealer and they say the whole radio unit will have to be taken out and sent away "for repairs" with no idea yet on how much it will cost.

Any ideas on how I can make the button look better? I was wondering if i could just pop the button off and replace it?

Any thoughts please

buy a faulty one off ebay and replace the button, easy to do as the front comes off

Re: Mute button

Rroope you would be an angel. Are they really that easy to take on and off? Fiat dealer said the whole radio would have to be sent away or a new radio would cost £340 + vat - thought i was gonna faint - tis only a little button lol
