Styling stilo badge/lettering

Thanks rroope, stilojoe and everyone else who answered, been driving me mad wondering what its for! Very pleased to be squeezed into the broom closet too :)

Re: stilo debadging (HELP)

just bought a stilo 1.6 dynamic last week started debadging but are their any holes behind the big fiat badge like with the punto

i dont have any badges on my car due to getting bodykit on and i think it looks cleaner and smoother at the back with no badges at all, well with my back bumper :p! i used a hairdryer to prize all the badges off and was really easy!

all i used was a credit card to carefully prise up the letters and some auto glym intensive tar remover, which i got off ebay for a few quid, u'll also need elbow grease!(y)

as you can see on this pic, no trace of the old badges

did you have to get new badges or reuse the original ones, how did you stick them back on?

Remember when you were at school ???

Remember the queer who used to have pin badges on his Parka ???

Then at college the wierdo had them on his satchel and folders ???

Then at Uni he put more stickers and badges on his guitar case ???

Badges are for poofs, get them off !!!!

Debadged blue FIAT badge at the rear of my stilo and thought that I'd do something useful it, so here's what I did with it...

And the SAS r poofs for wearing their "badge"... :D
And Rugby players who wear their club badges.... :D
C'mon Geeza... to each his own! :D :D :D

Wear your badge with pride lmao!! (y) Whatever u drive!

Quite agree (y)

I can understand people RE-badging but I'm at a complete loss as to the point of DE-badging.

If you don't want anyone to know you're driving a Fiat then what the hell did you buy it for in the first place

I like it, I've owned my Stilo since new, four years and people still look at it and try to work out what it is and I still get people asking what is it?

That's worth not having any badges because it makes people curious and interested. I was stoppped by the Police earlier this year and he said that's an unusual car, I didn't know what it was until I radioed your number in, that's a Traffic Cop!

It's mysterious, sinister and cool, badges are for poofs and if rugby boys and soldiers are your bag, enjoy..................................

Dolan, that looks mighty fine.
How did you get the scorpion on? Is it covering the two holes from the old badge?
Oh... and where did you get the lettering from?

got mine de-badged there, took off the front badge and the "fiat" and "stilo" off on the rear, came off with a rigid rubber card, then i buffed it up to make sure there were no subtle difference. onli thing i left on it was the "16V"
i bought a few badges on ebay, an abarth shield, and abarth scorpion and two small italian flags
sat the shield on the bootlid and its bright colours contrasted too much with the light silver/green/blue (lol) of my car so decided against tht, going to see if i can get a cover for the badge on front or tempt the removing the badge process in the guides
going to see if i can get plastic mouldings for round the indictor (like a mini/bmw) to tie the italian badges in
