re: Have you got a Schumacher?

I know this does not help, but I have seen 2 Prodrive versions on 06 plates locally but not followed them, hence no production numbers.

More interestingly last saturday in the Asda carpark spotted a red Scuhmacher or I thought it was, but interestinley a Autodelta Version. The car was LHD on italian Roma Plates. It had autodelta badges that I have never seen before, huge front and rear discs with front and rear calipers behind 18" wheels. Looked underneath and had 2 rear exhaust boxes each with 2 tail pipes. Interior was recaro leather seats, with autodelta stitching in seats and embossed autodelta steering wheel.

Would this car only be available in Italy???

If so, if at Asda in the future at around 10.15am on saturday, will photo it.

re: Have you got a Schumacher?

Guys sorry to butt in here but can anyone tell me the average MPG and what the Road Tax per year is for a Schumi. They are getting so damn cheap now I'm tempted to change our 1.8 for one.............

tax is gona be high, about 400per year, but this might be changing to new cars after 2006, will have to wait and see.

my mpg is around 24 around town (bit of motorway to and from work, but heavy right foot), iv seen 32 on a run down the motorway at between 60 and 80 mph.

not bad considering the weight and the size of engine, loads of torque, plenty of pulling power in any gear, just need to make sure you xan afford the fuel and insurance.

remember the insurance group is higher than the abarth which is 14

schui is 15
schui gp is 16

Cars registered on or after 23/03/06?...still leaves lots of possibilities, though the tax'll still be fairly high I'm guessing.

Re: Have you got a Schumacher?

As of april 2009 it will be £165 for 6 months and £300 for 12. But come april 2010 it will be £236.50 for 6 months and £430 for 12 as i understand it.

There are so may different prices being thrown around though and even the dvla carnt get them right so what chance have we got

Re: Have you got a Schumacher?

I bought a month back no.27, which had been in a magazine (Forza Italia, or something like that). I'll add to the list, as it's not been run for a while, but I may have missed some out. The FIAT dealer, Palmers, Watford, took in another one after they sold me mine, but rejected it, because there was no service history. Had a problem with the plastic bit under the passenger seat breaking, and static when I turn on the rear demist. Also, bumps make the CD player stop working.

ooops, I had the post rejected, because it contains URLs (from the list), and not having posted 5 times, I can't post a URL. Sorry folks

Re: Have you got a Schumacher?

Just spotted UK175 outside Sainsbury, Wyvern Retail Park, Derby '06 plate but not sure which variety it was...

Nice exhaust note as it pulled off!
