(G) New Multijet diesels for Stilo

Had an interesting conversation with Fiat yesterday. seems that the existing 1.9 "Unijet" 115 cv diesel is to be discontinued as from June 2004 and replaced in the Stilo by a 1.9 "Multijet" with 3 power ratings, 100 cv, 120 cv (the direct replacement for the 115 cv unit) and of course the 140 cv unit already mentioned. It was mentioned that there would be no cambelt, an increased "design life" of 250,000 kms and apparently Fiat has ditched the "variable vane" turbocharger and gone for a "fixed vane" unit instead.
