(G) body shop

just had a rite going on with the body shop that repaired my car. the guy quoted me a price on the work before i took my car in. wen went to pick my car up, hes upped the price he wants for the repair and wouldnt let me take my car unless i paid him the rest

was it a quote or estimate, was it in writing?

in writing but he going on about that he had to replace my windscreen and some other stuff

well if its in writing, surely thats an agreement between him and you?

you only got to pay whats in writing if its a quote, if its an estimate thought you have to pay, iirc
he should have phoned you though to say its going to be more before he did the job

never rang me. ive paid it coz i needed my car back the only upside is that wat i paid is still 350 less than the next nearest quote. does any 1 no were i can black list him for every 1 to c for the swindlin tw#t that he is
