General city button

lol.... yeah I'm a big girl  I have the hair for it

I very rarely do motorway driving, so I find myself using the car in tight situations, it looks a lot better to all those admiring people if I can turn the wheel with one finger :)

we once took the stilo into fiat garage for different reasons and the mechanic guy who came in the car noticed 'the girly button' was on, he started by taking the **** for using it, and then said having it on constantly could cause the motor to wear out quicker. cheeky b*****d.

i dont think he used it since then :p

Oh well, that's what the warranty is for :)
It's easier to throw the car around with the stearing lighter :D
Stiff stearing is for people who are too scared to have fun :D

Tis the girly button.

What i cant understand is if you leave it on all the time it knocks off after 20mph or something- so why is there an option to change it, why not have it light all the time.

I use this button all the time, never off- and yes I have boobs

Exactly, it is pointless leaving it off. When I park the car I have to watch my alloys on the curbs/kerbs  so the light stearing really helps to get the car exactly where i want it.

I've always got it on, i find it very hand for when you slow right down and the reason for which it is possible to turn it off is that if you try fast acceleration or nutty skidding with it on the car is harder to control.
Also Fiat say it can be dangerous for driving (they only recomend it for parking) cause if you've been going over 20mph and the the stearing suddenly goes light it could catch someone off guard and make him "overturn"....... guess it's just a question of talent; those who drive with city on arn't girlies they're the most talented drivers!!!!!!

To be quite honest in the Stilo i cant really tell much difference between when its on or off............when i had my Punto(s) you really noticed it if you left it on......but yet the other week i drove all the way to work without realising my dad had turned it on (for some strange reason) the evening before.

I have to reverse into a tight driveway every day and if I turn my city driving off I will notice it a LOT, it makes loads of difference on my car, the steering is extremely light with it on at low speeds. Personally I think the cars more fun with it on.

i think it probably has its uses especially for parking and things but seen as im generally only a passenger - its something i can use to wind him up when he used to use it.

although i have to say after taxin him to town i rather tidly parked the stilo without hittin the kerb!! so relieved cos vision not too good on a night due to weather.
