Ok, so I checked with MES the odometer details, and it shows the following:

Odometer: 225526 km
Odometer at last programming: 33920 km
Number of programmings: 2

What does this mean? Maybe that the car did more mileage than what it shows? Should I add the two values (225526 + 33920) together and then that would be closer to reality, or maybe it was just some service at around 33920km when they had to manipulate the running mileage?! Please inform me about this odd odometer thing!

It's impossible to know what or why the odometer has had a re-write. Software like MultiECUScan will only let you increase the mileage but it is possible that someone has been naught and decreased the mileage on it.

You'll not know whether it was reset back to zero or not to know the true mileage.

It is also possible that it's had the instrument cluster replaced, they're known for breaking down, so it could be entirely innocent and the instrument cluster has been replaced and written with the correct mileage.

Either way, that was at 33,000kms and your now over 225,000kms, so it was long enough ago that it's probably not worth worrying about at this point. Just be happy with your Stilo.

this is fully normal, it means the ecu was reprogrammed with updated software at 33920 km.
together with the first Original programming the ecu was programmed 2 times now so nothing to worry about....
