The 1.8 and 2.4 engine steering racks are 2.6 turns lock to lock, not 2.3. Turning circle = 11.1 metres.

All other engines are 2.9 turns lock to lock. Turning circle = 10.5 metres.

Also, your "after" figure for toe in shows -1.4°. Fiat used to specify -1° but changed it to 0° to prevent abnormal tyre wear. See page 2 of the Fiat Service News below.

It is not -1.4° its -1.4mm

And from Fiat specs allows -1.0mm to +0.00 each side

Mine is -0.7mm each side.

So Negative Toe Front, wear tyres more but gives better handling?

Also as I studied the specs I realised that the front Right wheel has too much Negative Camber -1°7 instead the max negative Camber 1°17...What do I have to check for that?

I don't know how much toe affects handling.

There's no built in way to adjust camber angle on the Stilo. You could investigate using camber bolts, they are designed to move the wishbone in or out. You would need to get ones that are suitable for the Stilo, especially as one bolt is horizontal, and the other vertical.
.

Is it possible this misalignment at the top mount to be the problem?

I understand what you mean that the top mount its aligned with the lower part, you are right

As for the Camber Bolt I was wondering if this type of bolts for the Strut will adjust the Camber not the actual listing.

Yes.... that's the type of bolt I was referring to. I think camber bolts are designed mainly for double type wishbone suspension (wishbone at the top and bottom). That's probably why I can't find any listed for the Stilo.
