Where did you get the part numbers from?

71746422 is the right, rear side panel for an Alfa Romeo 159 (about £500).
51186558 and 51186559 are not listed in the parts catalogue.
71718786 is the front splitter (same for all Stilos). Probably available from a breaker's yard (if you have them in Afghanistan ).
