Clutch replaced last month but now I've lost all pressure from the pedal, seems as though the slave cylinder has a problem, fluid still full though. My question is where is the slave cylinder on my 2.4, is it internal to the clutch housing or outside of it, or does it vary at all???

The 2.4 clutch slave cylinder is a concentric cylinder inside the gearbox bell housing. If it's the Selespeed gearbox, the clutch needs bleeding electronically with MultiECUscan, or the Fiat Examiner diagnostic equipment.

Did the new clutch kit also come with a new concentric cylinder (or did you fit a new one, if it didn't)?

*Always* fit a new CSC if you swap the clutch... it saves a whole lot of PITA if the (old) CSC gives up a few weeks/months after all the clutch work/expense.
