Hiya folks.

Having an issue with the blower, was only working on full speed. Before I could get round to ordering a new resistor it's stopped working all together. So I've replaced the resistor now and it's still not working. Checked the connector at the loom and the terminal point were a black and brown striped wire connects is melted a bit in the casing. I've had my dad round the wires with a multimeter and he saying there is no voltage. So this points to a fuse but I've checked all the obvious ones; F19, F31, F39, F08 and F49 but they all look fine.

As a side note I checked the pollen filter whilst i was down there and it was pretty blocked up :eek:/

Any ideas?

Thanks.

There must have been current there at some time to melt the black plastic connector housing. The molten plastic has probably insulated the connector.

Note where each colour wire goes to, then cut the wires off and fit individual lucar type connectors to each wire, then reconnnect.

Thanks for reply but I've just solved it! It's the relay! T08 in the battery compartment.
