Bleeding process any ideas

If you mean the heater is making a gurgling noise, then that's air in the system.

The system is self-purging so all you need to do is start the car (cold engine) on level ground, with the heater turned all the way to maximum heat.

You don't need the fan on, just the tap turned to max, since that opens a hatch between the engine and heater matrix so the coolant can pass through.

Remove the cap from the coolant reservoir and top it up to "Max" with new coolant.

As you do it squeeze the hoses to help force through any air pockets or bubbles.. although this isn't strictly necessary. Be careful as the engine is running and you might get hair, hoodie or fingers trapped in the machinery which might damage the engine.

Now turn the engine off and bleed the radiator. There is a tap in the top left (as you look at it.. so UK driver's side). Unscrew it very slowly until air hisses out or coolant comes out. Don't unscrew it toooo far otherwise it'll fall out and coolant will **** out everywhere and you'll be trying to screw the screw back in while making a mess of coolant everywhere. Just take it easy. As soon as any coolant starts coming out, it's bled, so tighten the screw back up and you're done.

Top up the coolant reservoir to "Max" again and put the cap back on. Go for a short drive to get the coolant properly circulated.

Once it's cooled down again bleed the radiator again. There should be no air in it. Then re-top the coolant reservoir, if the level is not on Max.

While doing all this ^^ don't touch, eat or drink the coolant.. It's the most poisonous stuff in your car and it'll make your nerves and brain tissue dissolve. It's better to drink engine oil than coolant. Don't tip old coolant down the drains... Take it to your local recycling centre.
