Do anyone have a clue to where the earth connection in the 2.4 can be found?

The main body earth point is on the left chassis leg below the battery carrier box. You may need to remove the battery and carrier box to get to it. The main engine earth will be somewhere on the gearbox. On my JTD engine, it's on top of the gearbox, but it may be different on your 2.4 engine.

Fiat usually use a single earth lead that goes from the negative battery terminal to the chassis earth point, then on to the engine earth point on the gearbox. If you can't see the gearbox earth point, follow the lead from the chassis earth one.

Both of these need to be cleaned by removing the fixing bolts and cleaning all mating surfaces (chassis or gearbox surface, earth lead terminal and bolt heads). I used a small brass wire brush to do mine.

There's also a multi-earthing point box on the left inner wing. That may need cleaning by removing the nylock nut and cleaning all mating surfaces of the retaining lug with a wire brush. Be careful removing the nut, the stud may twist out with it. You may need a thin spanner to hold the square on the stud while undoing the nut. When I had mine off, I also opened the box to spray the internal connectors with electrical contact cleaner.

Thanks for the pictures. And Small guide now i know what tomorrow will be used on.

Crank shaft sensor is it easy to come to from underneath the car?

Received 7 boxes the last 2 days, waiting on 2 more, one at the post office and believe that I will receive a UPS visit today with 42 kg of stuff, poor delivery man..

Ohh and probably if I'm lucky the cables for mes will be dropped of in my mailbox today.. So that would be 3 I'm missing.

Now I know what the weekend will bring. And got a little impatient so wanted to see who could delivere the new crankshaft sensor quickest.. Now wondering what I should do with 3 of em, received same day by same delivery guy.. :p

LOL 3 of the same part delivered by the same person:D

Depending on their cost and the cost of return postage, I would send them back. You're unlikely to need them any time soon.

the darkness overcame me and struggled to find out what size and kind of bolt holds the crank shaft sensor, do anyone that replaced it recall what's needed to get it out?

Only around 15£ each so will just put em on sale here in Denmark, nobody had em in stock, and the price where 4 times what i paid the cheapest place 1 week for delivery, so with time i could probarly get em sold.
