Hi there ive got a friend with a 1.8 2005 stilo that wont start. Cant here or feel the fuel pump running. The fuse is ok and there is a feed to the pump on cranking. Is the pump u/s or am i missing something ? Please help.

Have you checked and reset the inertia switch / crash sensor? This cuts the fuel pump. Don't know on the Stilo but some cars have it in the earth connection so you will still see voltage at the pump if you use a local ground.

Yeah i tried that. Found it in the handbook. Its on the passenger side behind the kick panel. Thanks
