Hi everyone,

Can anyone be so kind as to guide me to the standard setup parameters for a 3dr 1.6 16V active?

Reason I ask is that I think Mario's front end is suffering & in need of attention. I've had to replace my tyres recently & it was very premature. They were both worn on the inner to the metal. They only went on in November and I've not done that many miles.

I think the drop links need replacing. I know that the tracking was way outta line & I need to go back to them for a recheck, but they didn't have the Fiat setup to compare against.

Lastly, can anyone recommend someone reputable for suspension work. Put simply I've lost faith in the guy I've gone to for a number of years. Last year he left a rear hub loose on my Mom's Fiesta, then didn't bother checking the tracking on my service, MOT & tyre replacement....

Sounds like the tracking is toeing out too much if the inner portion of both front tyres are wearing excessively.

Before spending money on new parts get the front alignment checked for TOE which should be ZERO

I agree with Peat: premature wear on the inside edges of front tyres suggests that they might be toed-out - and/or possibly running too much negative camber.

Here are the alignment specs for a Stilo....
