I want to remove the positive crankcase ventilation valve (to inspect and clean) on my Stilo Abarth 2.4. It's item 7 in the diagram.

So, does anyone know how it comes out? Unscrews? Just pull it out? Crafty hidden fastener? I don't want to break it, 'cos they're no longer available as far as I can tell....

In same boat as you here - hoping I can have it off my wife's car some point over weekend and take a look at it.

As far as I've managed to find out it's a 'squeeze and pull' job. Alfa have very similar arrangement, see here:
